Introduction: Dissection courses are important for trainees and surgeons in mastering the skills required to perform endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS) which is a common otorhinolaryngology. Aim: To evaluate benefits of ESS training ways improve training. Material methods: In prospective study using structured questionnaire, participants United Kingdom, Malaysia, India Thailand were asked on their experiences these suggestions improving them. Results discussion: The majority have performing prior joining course. Infundibulotomy was considered easiest dissection step while frontal most challenging by participants. motivation course with almost all stating that expectations been fulfilled improvement surgical techniques, anatomical patient’s safety.
